Overview
Skincare:
We have a 15-day return policy (customer is responsible for handling return and shipping fees) which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. The cost of returning the item(s) will be made by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return-related questions at Service@marvel-skincare.com
Custom necklaces:
We do not accept items for refund or exchange for gem or crystal necklace purchases. These items are constructed by request, they are special orders. The jewelry is custom made personally for you. Therefore, the pieces used to build the necklaces cannot be reused or resold. We advise you to take time to use our diagrams. We recommend using a tape measure, an equal in size necklace you already have or pieces of string custom cut to the desired length to visualize how it will appear. Take your time with this process. Remember we always say you don’t choose the gem or crystal; they choose you! These are one of a kind, like no other. Just like you.
Lifestyles:
We accept items for refund of the purchase price (customer is responsible for handling returns and shipping fees) or for exchange within 15 days. Which means you have 15 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges after this time. Email: Service@marvel-skincare.com for instructions on how to initiate a return for refund or exchange.
To ensure a timely replacement or refund, contact Customer Service. To report any damage or defects please contact us immediately upon receiving your purchase. If a refund is requested, and the item(s) is eligible for return, a refund will be processed on the same day the item is received by the customer service representative.
Items are eligible for return only if:
- unused
- in the original / same condition as received
- returned with any associated paperwork, packaging, or accessories
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24hr of delivery if you receive the wrong item(s) or it/they are damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
